How far is it to the theme parks?

Windsor Hills Resort is just 5 minutes / 2 miles from Walt Disney World - the Windsor Hills Resort is the closest 5 star vacation rental community to Disney, there are just 2 traffic lights on the way. There is a back door / shortcut route following Sherberth Road that we provide to all of our guests, that takes you right into WDW by Animal Kingdom. How do we handle the security / damage deposit?

7 days prior your arrival date, we will authorize $500 of credit on your credit card. Please note : This is NOT a charge. It is an authorization of credit. The authorization automatically expires two week after your departure date. It will not show up on your credit card bill unless there is damage to the house.

When will I receive my check-in document and key?

7 days prior your arrival date, we will email you the check-in information. Inside this email you will find a keyless entry code, an owner’s voucher (print prior to arrival and bring with you), directions, Wi-Fi password, security system code, and all other necessary information for check-in. We use a keyless entry system.

Guests will need to present the owner’s voucher to the security guard at the gate. The security guard will in turn provide you with a resort entrance pass for your car. Guests will need this resort entrance pass to enter/exit the resort and it is also your ticket to the resort facilities (pool, fitness room, etc). There is no additional check-in procedure; guests can go directly to the house.
